Gluten Intolerance Symptoms Vs. Celiac
Confused about Gluten Sensitivity? Is it a real thing? Are you going crazy? This is how I felt when I first found out about my sensitivity to wheat and gluten. Yes, these are two different things and I’ll explain in a second, but first I want to make sure to tell you that you are NOT alone and there is a solution! Gut healing is at the core of your food sensitivity to wheat and gluten, so regardless of you having celiac or non-celiac gluten sensitivity, there is a lot more hope than your doctor and popular belief has led you to believe.
Chocoholic Truffles- Dairy Free, Full GAPS
When I first started my healing journey with my very own Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, Stacie Bailey NTP, I had a very different relationship with chocolate. 3 Ways To Spiritually Ground Yourself
Our Bodies Hold Trauma. This is one reason why we have to not only change what we put in our bodies but the environment that we are in. I know that it isn’t always in our control, but I believe we have opportunities open to us to create safe spaces. The emotional space that we take up is a powerful influence on our healing. As a nutritionist, I see people every day who are doing everything right nutritionally but emotionally are wrecked, and this influences their health.
