Herbal Latte- Bulletproof Style

Single Serving
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder, Blue Lotus rooibos Chai powder, and/or herbal powder of choice (I like this ashwagandha powder for adrenal support)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1-2 tsp raw honey, maple syrup, or stevia drops to desired sweetness
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- coconut milk or cream (unsweetened) (optional)
- Note: for Golden Milk add 1/4 tsp black pepper for optimal absorption
Directions:
- Boil water
- In a heat-safe blender, or with a frother, blend together ALL ingredients until frothy
- Add desired extra sweetener to taste
