  • If you and Natalie decide to move forward after the exploration call, your next step will be to schedule an Initial Nutrition appointment. During this appointment, Natalie will conduct a thorough health history intake and develop a personalized care plan for you. You'll receive a write-up of your care plan within 24-48 hours after the session to review at your first follow-up session, along with access to Natalie's Orient and Cultivate Online Program. Natalie works 1 on 1 with clients in a premium package including the initial intake with 12 follow-up sessions and functional testing to achieve their goals.

  • Natalie Earle is a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) and certified GAPS practitioner  based in Jacksonville, Oregon. Natalie has been in the holistic medicine field for ten years, starting her practice as a nutritionist at a functional medicine clinic where she helped individuals reverse chronic diseases such as Hashimoto's, PCOS, IBS, and type 2 diabetes.

    Natalie has received training and mentorship from Mary Ruddick, CNC.  Natalie specializes in working with chronic fatigue, chronic constipation, and autoimmune conditions. Along with her focus on gut health, Natalie has a passion for women's health and hormonal imbalances ranging from PMS to post-menopause and also nervous system disorders like MCAS/ POTS/ Dysautonomia/Long-covid. 

    Her journey started after she earned her bachelor's in Physics when she began experiencing symptoms stemming from a dysregulated nervous system, vax injury, mercury poisoning, and the SAD diet. Her symptoms manifested as severe PMS, brain fog, eczema/psoriasis, sleep dysregulation, fatigue, pre-diabetes, candida, parasites, cysts, acne, anxiety, depression, and gastrointestinal issues. 

    Natalie's study of the microbiome and nutritional therapy led her to improve her mood, physical symptoms, and energy. She has lived the connection between gut health, physiological health, and psychological well-being by changing her nutrition and reversing food intolerances. She helps to support your body's healing by regenerating the immune, hormonal, and nervous systems. 

    Natalie uses a variety of dietary protocols such as the GAPS diet, ketogenic diet, lectin-free, low-oxalate, low-histamine, carnivore, soluble-solution, FODMAP and fasting. She uses an individualized approach to create custom nutritional recommendations, including supplements, herbs, limbic system and IFS, self-compassion meditation, and hypnosis.

  • Alex is a qualified health coach and histamine specialist with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science, Nutrition & Foods from Northern Arizona University (NAU). She has also pursued advanced education in functional nutrition, specializing in therapeutic ancestral diets, including Carnivore and GAPS.

    Her journey into functional nutrition began out of necessity. Five years ago, she was struggling with a cascade of debilitating symptoms—histamine and sulfur intolerance, severe gut issues, hair loss, skin problems, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, and joint pain. These challenges left her unable to work or attend school, and traditional approaches weren’t providing answers.

    Determined to take control of her health, Alex turned to food, nature, and lifestyle changes—and discovered the power of targeted nutrition. Through a deep understanding of therapeutic diets and holistic healing, she regained her vitality. Today, she can enjoy high-histamine and sulfur foods again, hike for miles, and live a full, active life.

    After training under Natalie’s mentorship program and internship, Alex now works as a dedicated health coach, guiding clients through the same process that helped her heal. She uses a root-cause approach, helping clients rebuild their health through targeted therapeutic diets, mindset and lifestyle coaching, and a focus on mindfulness and reducing toxin exposure. By addressing both the physical and emotional aspects of healing, she empowers clients to reclaim their health with confidence.
