We combine functional nutrition (which helps us understand how your body systems are working right now) with ancestral principles (which show us how the human body is designed to function in the first place). Together, these two frameworks give us a simple, structured way to rebuild your complex health so it becomes stable. You are not fragile.

My Philosophy As a Healing Guide
I ground my work in systems thinking. By addressing the root cause, the microbiome, you can improve all other body systems and get back to your birth-right of vibrant health.
My unique approach and personal experience led me to unite a dual focus by addressing the nervous system and hormonal systems simultaneously. In the medical literature, they call this the Neuro-endo-immunological connection.
Simply, it is the Gut-Brain-Immune-Hormone feedback-loop.
I wasn’t always in this position to help hundreds of people resolve overwhelm, perfectionism, lack of motivation, and discomfort in their own bodies.
