She does all of this through nutritional consultations,  nutritional protocol guides, health blogs, and online programs focused on regenerating the root cause…your gut microbiome. Natalie has been in practice for six years and she specializes in rebalancing the microbiome by addressing nutritional deficiencies, toxicity, and stress with her clients.

Natalie grounds her work in systems thinking. By addressing the root cause, the microbiome, you can address all other body systems.

However, Natalie’s unique approach and personal experience led her to unite a dual focus by addressing the nervous system simultaneously. In the medical literature, they call this the Neuro-endo-immunological connection.

Natalie’s Healing Journey


My healing journey started when I was diagnosed with a long list of food intolerances. I had severe cystic acne, eczema, and I was emotionally falling apart. I was desperate to figure out how to soothe my PTSD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, severe PMS pain, gastrointestinal issues, skin issues, and pre-diabetes. I did this through pursuing psychotherapy, EMDR, and other experiential psychotherapeutic techniques (like mindfulness).

At the same time, I immersed myself in gut healing through the GAPS nutrition protocol and learned the benefits of nutritional therapy. My interest in scientific literature (I have a bachelor’s in physics) combined with my personal drive for psychological and physical healing led me to pursue the Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) program. I started to realize that my health journey actually started in childhood, as a survivor of childhood trauma. My body carried the effects of trauma into adulthood until I was able to fully embrace my body with love and acceptance. I have lived the connection between gut health and physiological/psychological well-being. The mind, body, and spirit are undoubtedly interconnected.

After years of skin issues, fatigue, low self-worth, headaches, brain fog, and food restrictions I finally found the way to healing:

returning to our obedience to nature by modeling how our ancestors lived.

I can now eat eggs and cow’s dairy (I was previously allergic to them!). The symptoms of anxiety and depression I used to experience are now almost nonexistent. My energy and digestion are vibrantly alive, and my skin glows acne and eczema free!

Today, research supports my experience of healing with food and I am here to tell you that what I’ve found is available to you too!

I have devoted my life to educating, empowering, and being with others as they return to ancestral wisdoms.
