Peach Creamsicles

Servings: 6 popsicles
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe medium peaches OR fermented peaches
- 1/2 small avocado
- 1/4 cup melted coconut butter with stevia to taste OR 2-3 dates
- 1 (14.5oz) can coconut milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp raw vanilla (optional)
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze until firm, about 3-6 hours. When ready to serve, run the mold under hot running water to release the creamsicles from the mold.
